Dabie Tsai notes she believes that accounting is the foundation of any business organization. Accounting policies and practices are some of the critical factors that support the operations and activities in a business. Companies may run into operational standstill due to inadequacies in addressing the accounting needs of the industry. A company that has difficulties addressing its financial matters can not grow in the right manner. Dabie Tsai believes that good accounting policies are significant to both large and well-developed business organizations as well as small or new start-ups. Accounting needs evolve just like any other business needs and, therefore, must be monitored and updated regularly.
