Francisco Domenech is the managing partner of Politank, but this was not always the case. Here is a more in-depth look at one of the men behind this leading government affairs law firm.


Domenech has an impressive academic pedigree. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science and his Juris Doctor, both from The University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras.

Office Of Legislative Services Director

From 2005-2008, Mr. Francisco Domenech showed great civic and fiscal responsibility in his capacity as Director of Legislative Services of the P.R. Legislative Assembly.

It is in this capacity that Mr. Domenech increased access to Assembly records for the disabled. During this time, Mr. Domenech also turned surpluses all three of his fiscal years in office while managing a budget of $11 million.

Work With The Democratic National Committee

From 2007-2012 Domenech was a member of the DNC, where he represented The Young Democrats of America.

Domenech has been a delegate and taken part in the last four Democratic National Conventions.

Work With Hillary Clinton

In 2008 Mr. Domenech served on the campaign team of Hillary Clinton as the deputy manager to her primary campaign in Puerto Rico.

In this election cycle, Domenech helped deliver a 61-37 victory margin over then-senator Barrack Obama.

Work With Jennifer Gonzalez

During the 2016 election cycle, Domenech served as campaign manager to Hon. Jennifer Gonzalez. In this capacity, Domenech helped Gonzalez become the first woman to serve as Puerto Rico’s Resident Commissioner.

Jennifer Gonzalez is also the youngest person ever to serve in this role; to represent the island of Puerto Rico before The United States Congress.
