Troy McQuagge has done a phenomenal job elevating USHEALTH Group, Inc. to an elite corporation since his incumbency as President and CEO of the Fort Worth, Texas based insurance company. Besides providing reliable and secure insurance plans, USHEALTH Advisors developed a profound mission of community service and philanthropy. Troy McQuagge USHealth established that mission in 2010 by starting the HOPE initiative. HOPE is an acronym for USHEALTH’s purpose of Helping Other People Everyday. That purpose was demonstrated by Troy McQuagge and USHEALTH Advisors through the HOPE Program’s first project of helping restore New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. As a collaboration with the Phoenix of New Orleans organization, McQuagge and other staff members helped assist with rebuilding homes to ensure safe housing for the residents of New Orleans. USHEALTH Advisors has continued its mission of HOPE throughout the years by donating funds and resources to several charitable organizations. In 2011 USHA donated clothes, baby formula, and new shoes to The Crisis Nursery children’s shelter in the Phoenix metropolitan area. During a return to Phoenix the following year, Troy McQuagge and USHEALTH Advisors continued its objective of HOPE by donating $25,000 to a support foundation for families of children with cancer and other serious health ailments. This foundation known as HopeKids Arizona later established itself in North Texas, which was followed by another generous contribution of $45,000 from USHEALTH Advisors.

Troy McQuagge has led the way for the HOPE initiative to reach most communities where USHEALTH Advisors Agents are located. One of USHA sales offices, the Richard Starke Division Office in Scottsdale, Arizona has made its mission of HOPE to support the Wounded Warrior Project. The Richard Starke Division Office receives weekly monetary donations for the Wounded Warrior Project. A USHA sales office in Brevard County Florida has spread the objective of HOPE by partnering with the Brevard County Homes for Warriors Project to construct a new home for a deserving Army Specialist.
